What's the story??

We will take you to the beginning. Where the creator of this project, Ashlee, had an unhealthy relationship with food and was lacking in many nutrients. She was running on fuses and her gut needed some love. Ashlee started making bone broth in hopes of warming up her gut and healing her relationship with food. The results were remarkable. Clearer skin, clear vision, digestion regularity, and mending the complicated relationship. She became nourished by leaning on plants and animals. Ashlee is a student of herbalism, weaved in the Bozeman community through teaching yoga, hosting women's retreats, and now a deep relationship with food.

Trusting this product, came from knowing local farmers for reliable and sustainable sources.
Knowing the whole process from seed to harvest, birth to bones became part of the mission of producing bone broth. Knowing the soil and land where everything came from to know the product could be trusted, to know the product would be quality.

Making broth started by making it for one person. Then it started with making it for friends when someone wasn't feeling well. Now, it's for us to share with our community. Still honoring small batches, quality and the sustainable relationship with using native herbs.

Bone Broth: The potent herbal elixir

Our broth takes time. We're looking at minimum of 24 hours of simmering bones, veggies, herbs in a massive pot with quality water. This slow simmer process ensures maximal gathering of minerals, collagen, proteins, and fats. After cooking time this silky, golden liquid is strained and bottled in glass jars for your health and wellness.

We stick to a three segment operation.

Stage one: simmering of Chicken or Beef bones with water and apple cider vinegar.

Stage two: adding in our veggies.

Stage Three: infusing medicinal herbs for a strong and gentle way of supporting the body.

Our method is slow in hopes of collecting all the high quality of bone broths.
